It was worth the wait.

Elma has been waiting for two summers to have her porch painted. Through our Honey Do Crews partnership with the great folks at CROSS Ministries from Christ Church United Methodist, a team from Steubenville, OH, was finally dispatched to Poca to do the work this week.

When I called Ms. Hornish to apologize that she'd had to wait so long to get the job done, she said, "Oh, honey, don't even say another word. It was well worth the wait. The new paint makes the whole house feel fresh and new!"

"I would like to say to all of you there, I really appreciate the job the fine girls did on my porch in painting it. They were wonderful, very nice, seemed to know exactly what they were doing and when they wanted to do it. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate it and thank them, and thank you. Thank you all, very much, and God bless you."

It was a pretty good day.
